I am a posture, fitness, and nutrition coach specializing in fitness for form and function, posture maximization, kettlebell training, nutrition accountability, return to fitness after an interruption or injury, and physical confidence boosting! I collaborate with my clients to focus on their goals by including wellness concepts, strength training, balance work, core strength and with a focus on posture because I understand that my client’s goals are multi-layered and individualized and their fitness program should be as well!

At Perfect Posture I offer individualized nutrition coaching to help my clients achieve their health and fitness goals. As a nutrition coach I understand that a balanced and wholesome diet is the key to maintaining a healthy weight, enhancing energy levels, and promoting overall fitness. Through personalized one-on-one sessions, I provide evidence-based guidance to empower you to make informed choices when it comes to your nutritional intake. Whether it's addressing specific dietary concerns, helping you to design your meal plans, or provide ongoing support and accountability, my nutrition coaching aims to transform your lifestyle and help you to establish sustainable habits for long-term success. Kettlebell Training
Kettlebell workouts have become increasingly popular in recent years, and for good reason. I place a strong emphasis on using kettlebells in my group and individual class sessions. I believe in the advantages of kettlebells in enhancing strength, cardiovascular fitness, calorie expenditure, power, and posture, which is why I provide group fitness classes using kettlebell training as their foundation. Additionally, I integrate kettlebell training into my one-on-one and two-on-one coaching sessions with my personal training clients. The versatility of kettlebells offers an incredibly effective full-body workout that targets multiple muscle groups simultaneously. With its unique design, kettlebells allow for dynamic movements that engage the core, strengthen the legs and hips, and build strong arms and shoulders. Using kettlebells requires strength, coordination, balance, skill, and of course focus making it an excellent choice for athletes of all ages. By incorporating kettlebell workouts into my fitness coaching routines I help my clients to improve their overall strength, power and endurance while burning calories and having fun!
Posture
Posture is more than just an upright stance; it is a reflection of your health, confidence and well-being. It is also deeply individualized to the person. Not only does perfect posture contribute to your physical health, but it also helps you to exude an aura of strength, confidence, and grace, capturing the admiration of those around you. It’s why at Perfect Posture, so much of my coaching is built around this important concept.
